III. Infrastructure of the industrial park.
According to the approved plan, Phu Ha Industrial Park Phase I has an area of 350ha, located in Ha Thach, Ha Loc and Phu Ho communes. The planning boundary has a 35m urban main road crossing between Phu Ha Industrial Park, divided into two northern and southern subdivisions. The terrain of the industrial park is low hilly, good geology is favorable for factory construction and factory infrastructure reduces initial construction investment costs.
